WHO WE ARE.
We are your premier Livestock Feed Manufacturing Company. We serve Beef Producers, Cow Calf Producers, Nebraska Pork Producers, Rural Farms, Acreage Owners and Livestock Producers throughout the state.
We employ a diversified package of techniques to master the art of feed manufacturing from minerals to complete feeds. The manufacturing process is computerized from receiving ingredients and processing, to loading trucks for delivery. Our computer system permits our team to focus on quality and husbandry, not specific batching. We focus on things such as ingredient quality, micron size, inclusion accuracy, and traceability. Consumers today want to know how their livestock was raised, where the feed came from, and who produced it. This means that all actions by our team must be planned and deliberate in order to ensure the highest quality expected by consumers. We provide an in-depth record system and feed sampling to back up our process and quality control points.
We pride ourselves on building a winning team that creatively serves you to give you confidence in our products. We stand behind our products and solutions. We guarantee that if there is a problem we will be there to help you work through it. We offer a diversified package of techniques to master the art of feed manufacturing. OUR TEAM.
Cory resides outside of Silver Creek, NE with his wife Amber and 9-year old son, Braysen. Amber works at IMI Global, and the family owns and operates Miller Cattle Company, a small diversified cow herd, where they concentrate on breeding and raising high quality show cattle. These cattle are offered for sale annually in two different online sales that take place in October and November and are also for sale privately throughout the year.
Cory grew up in Northeast Nebraska on a diversified farming operation, with row crop and hay ground as well as a commercial cow calf herd, and a feed yard where cattle were backgrounded for local feed yards. After high school he attended Northeast Community College in Norfolk, NE and Oklahoma Panhandle State University in Goodwell, OK where he was a member of the livestock judging teams.
After college Cory moved back to Nebraska and started his career in the Animal Health industry. For nine years he worked as a Territory Manager for Lextron Animal Health in Southeast Nebraska and Northeast Kansas. He then worked for ADM Alliance Nutrition as a Sales Rep, and after four years with them, he then took a position with Diamond V Mills as a Beef Specialist in Nebraska and surrounding states. It was while he was with Diamond V that he began working with Russ Vering and Central Plains Milling, where he is now the Sales Team Leader.

In 2018 she earned her master’s degree specializing in ruminant nutrition. Her research focused on the new harvest methods of corn residue and its effects on digestibility in cattle. Janessa and her husband, Jess, moved to St. Paul and operate a Kiko goat herd. Janessa stives to help producers reach their livestock goals and dreams while improving their bottom line. In her free time, Janessa enjoys riding horses, being outdoors, and spending time with family.

Bob was in the cattle feeding business, where he managed feedlots and grow yards, then owned his own feed yards. He made a change in 1996, leaving the business and going into consulting. He managed a feed division for a large cooperative, then owned and operated his own feed stores in Maywood and Ogallala for ten years. He has a lifetime of practical, as well as technical experience in both the cow/calf sector and the grow yard sector. He still looks at nutritional solutions like he was on the producer’s side of the feedbunk. His motto is “ The only thing we have to sell is service”.

I currently reside in Lincoln, Nebraska with my wife, Taylor, and our two dogs, Bubba and Baylee Rho. I have my BS in Animal Science with a minor in Krutsinger Beef Industry Scholars Program from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am also veterinary radiology certified as well as ABS Beef A.I. and Reproductive Management certified. My hobbies include doing anything outdoors, all things nutrition (both human and animal related), and volunteering within communities where I have a presence. Before working with Central Plains Milling and Frontier Cooperative, I had worked many years doing feedlot labor, veterinary assistant, and in the ruminant nutrition lab at UNL. My favorite part about this job is that I get to help producers raise a quality and sustainable protein source for the world and/or raise successful show stock. I enjoy being a resource for producers and helping them with all their nutrition questions.
